Movement

My wellness journey began in 2010. As a musician and a dancer with chronic pain and anxiety, I needed something that gave me room to heal both my body and mind. My wellness practice has helped me connect with myself and appreciate where I am in my journey. As an E-RYT 200hr certified instructor I hope to share my knowledge and experience with others, creating a welcoming space for you to explore your physical and energetic bodies.

Mindfulness

Manifest your purpose and desires through intentional self care. Align your vibrations using the senses as your guide. Music, candles, oils, plants and stones are all strong vibrational tools to use on your journey. Let my curated items and resources help you on your path. Allow yourself to be open minded to the many ways your goals can present themselves. Remember, your journey is uniquely yours. Travel with grace and compassion.

Yoga is so many things to so many people. At the core it is the union of mind and body, creating a connection that allows us to reach the depths of our mental and physical potential. My movement offerings provide an understanding of how to intentionally move through your space both technically and emotionally.
